Sven wanted to eat as much as possible but still lose weight,
so I had him on a flexible dieting framework with macronutrient ranges!
The first weeks have been super easy. I couldn`t even hit my macronutrient targets on most days, because I was too full.
These fewer calories accelerated my fat loss even more until I got hungry enough to hit my macronutrient and calorie targets.
From then on fat loss was more predictable from 1-2lbs a week. It was important for me to still eat the foods I love,
that is why Flo set my diet up with macronutrient ranges.
I had minimum and maximum targets for each nutrient. Carbohydrates and fat were really flexible, so I could fit in every treat I wanted to.
Calories, protein and a minimum amount of fiber were really important to get results and make progress.
I was dieting on 2400-2800 calories per day, which was a lot of fun and because of that I could adhere to the diet for five months.
I was only hungry during the end of the diet, but that is why Flo recommended me to take a two week diet break and continue afterwards if I want to
Training was great! I was able to increase my lifts, but since I moved I haven`t been consistent with my training as of lately.
I wanted to do my own workout routine, but we double checked if it would compliment the diet and Flo gave his approval.
The routine was pretty simple. Basic compound movements for a few heavy sets!
Currently I am still on a diet break and I am not sure, if I want to lose any more weight.
Having Flo as a coach was a huge help and otherwise these results wouldn`t have been possible for me!
