I am not one those coaches that can sit at home and lift 7 days a week. I work in a 9-5 job!
I struggle, I bleed and I know how hard it can be to get some work in or prepare meals.
I used to be a progamer. I know how lifting impacts the central nervous system, which inhibits your performance.

I have been coaching several clients for free and have done a lot of self experimentation to gain even more knowledge and experience.
