One activity and multiple benefits – Vitamin D3, tan, cardio, less stress and learning with walking
I`m all for combining things you want and or have to do anyway.
If there is something you can not find the time or the motivation to do, but you should or wanna be doing regardless…
Well there is only one option!
We have got to find a way to include it into an activity you are already doing.
Do you want to learn a new language?
Driving in a car and listening to music?
Why not listen to an audio book about learning Spanish or Japanese?
Do you want to learn something about nutrition?
Well you are here, so you are on the right website to do so, but…
Why not listening to a podcast about nutrition while doing groceries or going for a walk with your dog?
Do you want to lose bodyfat and get healthier but can not find the time to do some cardio?
Stop using your car and start walking!
Take the stairs not the elevator, do not sit on your ass during lunch breaks, get out there and pick up your groceries by foot! You will also buy less crap, if you have to carry it and it is also a great workout!
Do you want to get a tan and increase your Vitamin D3 levels?
Go out into the sun and show some skin. Let your skin produce some Vitamin D3 naturally, while simultaneously getting a healthy and good looking tan!
Use some coconut oil on your skin to improve the tan, while also working as a small sun protection.
So, I am going to show you an activity that combines so many beneficial things and can be tweaked to your liking…
and that is WALKING!
If it is sunny and warm outside… Why not?
Grab yourself some cold water or a cup of coffee/tea
Put on some Coconut Oil and sunglasses
Download an audio book or a podcast
Get out into the nature
Go and start walking!
You can also add some lemon juice or ascorbic acid into your hair, if you want it to be blond, or at least more blond…
This has multiple benefits
- The coconut oil works a sun protection and mosquito repellant but also improves your tan and is good for your skin
- The podcast and audio book helps you in whatever you wanna learn or can be used to calm down, like a meditation book, for example: The Power of Now
- The nature helps you decreasing your stress levels and express gratitude
- Walking itself let`s you burn some additional calories and because it is not a strenuous activity…
It can actually decrease your hunger and it has no impact on your workout like going for a jog or sprinting would!
All this walking will add up in the long run!
- You will also be getting Vitamin D3 through sun exposure
The more skin is exposed to the sun, the more Vitamin D3 your skin can produce!
Do not get caught for nudity obviously… only show as much skin as you want and is allowed
In the winter you should definitely think about supplementing with Vitamin D3!
According to a current study
which suggests that 2909 IU of Vitamin D3 per day is what the average person needs to achieve 25-hydroxyvitamin D (25(OH)D) concentrations of nmol/L or more in 97.5% of healthy individuals, so you are good with taking 5000IU capsules every other day!
You see, there are a lot of benefits in just ONE activity called “Walking”
